When you send a request we collect what you enter: your name, business name, business email, website, business type and the descriptions you write. When you email or message us, we collect what you send.
How we use it
To review your request, reply to you, and provide KinetiqAI services if you become a client. We don't sell your information.
Who processes it
Request form submissions are delivered to us by the FormSubmit service, so they pass through its servers before reaching our inbox. The chat assistant on this website sends your messages to our chatbot service, which uses an AI model to write replies. We may keep chat messages, including any contact details you type, to run and improve the service. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. For live client chatbots, messages may be processed by the AI and hosting services used to run that chatbot.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently load analytics. If we add analytics, we will update this policy.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep request details as long as needed to handle your request and our service. To ask for access or deletion, email hello@kinetiqai.site.
