The service

KinetiqAI builds and maintains custom AI chatbots for business websites, as agreed with you before work starts.

Pricing

The setup fee is $149, charged once. The monthly subscription is $59, billed monthly. Any additional work is agreed separately.

AI usage allowance

The monthly subscription includes a defined AI usage allowance. The exact allowance and any additional charges are confirmed before activation. Additional usage, if available, may require a separate fee.

What you provide

An existing website, and accurate business information you are allowed to share. Website design, domain registration and hosting for your main website are not included unless agreed separately.

Limits of a chatbot

A chatbot responds from its configuration and available information. It can be wrong or unable to answer, and complex questions may need a person. You are responsible for reviewing it before launch.

Demo content

The demo assistant, its business and its responses on this website are fictional and illustrative.
